Owner/Director Information

My name is Tracie Lee, and I am the owner/Director at One S.M.A.R.T. Cookie Learning Academy. Our primary goal is to focus on the academic and social/emotional needs of our students from ages 6 weeks to prekindergarten, but we will offer after school pick up for older siblings attending nearby elementary campuses as well.

My entire career has been in education. While completing my undergrad at Texas A&M University, I worked at a child development center and as a substitute teacher. I spent 17 years in public education, and have taught elementary through high school students. I was in the classroom as a teacher for 10 years and spent the other seven as a district-level administrator. I have masters’ degrees in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Administration. In addition to spending my life working with children at school, I have two children of my own. One of them attended this center when she was younger. The wonderful educator who will be my lead teacher/assistant director was my daughter’s teacher when she attended this center. I am honored to have the opportunity to be a part of your childrens’ lives, and you will be able to see my enthusiasm and love of education in One S.M.A.R.T. Cookie Learning Academy.
